HARNED (02/05/26) — In a game heard Thursday night on WXBC, the Lady Tigers rallied for a 61-59 win over Louisville Mercy at Tiger Arena. Playing their fifth game in six days, Breckinridge County trailed by nine in the third quarter, but rallied for an eight-point cushion late then withstood a pair of threes from the Jaguars to secure the win. The Lady Tigers’ next game is Monday at home to Owensboro.
BRANDENBURG (02/05/26) — The Cloverport Aces fell to Meade County in the late game of a doubleheader in Brandenburg, 102-15. The first game saw the Lady Aces defeated by Meade, 71-14. Both teams are scheduled to travel to Hopkinsville Heritage Academy for a doubleheader tonight.
BOWLING GREEN (02/05/26) — WKU Basketball fell to Jacksonville State, 71-66 Thursday night at Diddle Arena. The Hilltoppers were led in scoring by Ryan Myers, who finished with 20 points. LJ Hackman added 17 points for Western Kentucky. Armelo Boone finished with 11 points.
