UNDATED (02/03/26) — The Breckinridge County Lady Tigers ran their record to 15-7 with a 64-41 win at Nelson County Tuesday night. Josie Mitchum scored 24 points as Breckinridge County broke out to a 15-0 lead to start the game, then weathered a 2nd quarter comeback by the Cardinals to within eight by halftime by holding Nelson County to two field goals in the 3rd quarter. Breckinridge County returns to the court Wednesday (02/04) night against Taylor County at 7 at Tiger Arena. Coverage on 104.3, the River begins around 6:45pm. As a result, the “Jazz BBQ” program will be heard immediately following Wednesday’s edition of “Inside Tiger Nation” at 5:30.
