MOUNT VERNON (01/05/26) — A man accused of abducting an eastern Kentucky teenager last year has been arraigned. 37-year-old Christian Delgado is charged with kidnapping Wynter Wagoner of Rockcastle County last fall and taking her to Florida, then to his home in Maryland where the two were found by police last week. Delgado was booked into the Rockcastle County Jail last Friday ahead of Monday’s arraignment. Bond was set at one million dollars with more charges expected.
