
12/18/2026—The Cloverport Board of Education approved the Comprehensive School and District Improvement Plan at their regular meeting Thursday evening.
The plan has three priorities: (1) State Assessment results in Science, Social Studies, and Writing; (2) Quality of School Climate and Safety; and (3) Post Secondary Readiness.
In other business, the Board approved application for a Crusade for Children Grant.
The Board declared that no qualified candidate is available for the Assistant Director of Pupil Personnel position.
In personnel matters, Kayleigh Coleman has been hired as a Preschool Instructional Aide and Jaydin Day has been hired as a student worker.
Total enrollment at the Kentucky Virtual Academy is 2,373.
