HARDINSBURG (12/01/25) — A Harned man has been identified as the suspect taken into custody following a Friday night police chase through Breckinridge and Hancock Counties. 26-year-old Daniel Curry was lodged in the Breckinridge County Detention Center on charges including wanton endangerment, speeding, reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle under the influence among other charges. Curry led police on a chase into Hancock County but when stopped, he allegedly refused verbal commands and struck law enforcement vehicles before his truck ended up on top of one of the pursuing vehicles. He was arrested after trying to flee the scene on foot.
