Breckinridge County Grand Jury

12/1/2025—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Monday and returned six indictments.

Rodney J. Triplett, 45, Irvington, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2^nd offense.

Timmy Henson, 46, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2^nd offense and tampering with physical evidence.

Judy E. Matthews, 42, Irvington, was indicted on two counts of 3^rd degree assault/EMS, Fire, Rescue Squad, and 2^nd degree disorderly conduct.

John T. Hilkey, 35, Irvington, was indicted for 1^st degree rape.

Alicia A. Lane, 40, Tell City, was indicted on two counts of 1^st degree wanton endangerment and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Stephanie J. Wamble, 46, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense and possession of marijuana.
