HARNED (11/17/25) — Units from Harned and Hardinsburg Fire Departments were called out around 5:15 Monday afternoon to the 15-hundred block of Kentucky Highway 259 South on a report of a hay bale on fire. According to Kenny Mattingly with the Harned department, units arrived on scene to find several on fire. Around 100 bales of 250 were lost in the fire. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
