10/15/2025—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.
Crystal A. Cundiff, 42, pleaded not guilty to two counts of 3rd degree assault/police/probation officer; resisting arrest; and 3rd degree attempted escape. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 5.
Alicia N. Rodriguez, 36, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and 1st degree possession of opiates. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for December 3.
Christpher J. Goodrich, 48, entered an Alford Plea to 2nd degree terroristic threatening. He was sentenced to pre-trial diversion for two years, diverted for two years.
Sheila J. Drane, 45, was sentenced to thirty days in prison, probated for two years, for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 1st offense. She was entered in the diversion program for 3rd degree assault of a police/probation officer.
Zacheri D, Duke, 20, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking of a firearm; being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm; and 3rd degree fleeing/evading police. Sentencing was scheduled for November 19.
Savannah R. Rigsby, 24, pleaded guilty to 1st degree wanton endangerment; driving DUI on a suspended license, 2nd offense in five years; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 2nd offense. Sentencing was scheduled for November 19.
Probation was revoked for Albert Armes, 55. In another case, Armes pleaded guilty to incest/person less than 18 by a person three or more years older. Sentencing was scheduled for January 21.
Eric T. Haub, 36, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and ten days for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense. The sentences were probated for three years.
Allen S. Bradley, 24, was sentenced to three years in prison, probated for five years, for receiving stolen property/firearm. He was fined $500 for failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense.
Shock probation was denied for Jackson T. Faircloth, 26.
