Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 1

10/15/2025—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.

Ladarian E. Parker, 18, pleaded not guilty to 1^st degree unlawful transaction with a minor/illegal controlled substance; receiving stolen property/firearm’ and possession of marijuana/enhanced.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for December 3.

Michael C. Seelye, 21, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense.

Timothy Hopewell, 56, was sentenced to three years in prison, probated for three years, for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense.

Chassidy A. Tivitt, 43, was sentenced to three years in prison for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense and 30 days for possession of marijuana.  The sentences will run consecutively and were probated for three years.

A motion for shock probation by Edward S. Murphy, 43, was denied.

Bishop White, 29, was sentenced to ten years in prison for 2^nd degree burglary.
