Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 2

10/2/2025—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.  (Note: Division 1 did not meet.)

Kevin S. Triplett, 43, pleaded not guilty to 3^rd degree assault/police-probation officer and resisting arrest.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 5.

Julianna L. Janacek-Rittenberry, 30, pleaded guilty to 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2^nd offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for November 5.

Christopher D. Cundiff, 44, pleaded guilty to 1^st degree possession of opiates, 1^st offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for November 5.

Kailin D. Crawford, 32, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/disposition of property and 1^st degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.  Sentencing was scheduled for November 5.
