9/19/2025—The Irvington City Council approved the purchase of a Fire Truck at a Special Called Meeting Thursday evening. The 2000 model truck costs $50,000.00. The Council approved a motion to finance $21,000.00 towards the purchase.
In the only other item on the agenda, the Council approved the second reading of an ordinance that establishes a procedure to charge for services provided by the Fire Department.
