CLARKSON (09/04/25) — An accident early Thursday morning in Grayson County left one person dead and a second arrested in connection to the wreck. A State Police investigation determined a car driven by 25-year-old Francisco Tziquin of Houston, Texas, was westbound on the Western Kentucky Parkway when, for unknown reasons, he crossed the median and struck an SUV in the eastbound lane. A female passenger in Tziquin’s was pronounced dead at the scene. The other occupants of the car along with the driver of the SUV, 25-year-old Isaac Hearn, were taken to hospitals in Louisville and Leitchfield. Francisco Tziquin was later arrested for Leaving the Scene of an Accident-Failure to Render Aid or Assistance and No Operator’s-Moped License. He is lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center. An investigation is on-going.
