HARTFORD (09/03/25) — Authorities are looking for a man who fled on foot from a traffic stop in Ohio County Wednesday night. Sheriff’s deputies made a stop on US Highway 231 near Belltown Road north of Hartford. Driver Jason Fitch pulled into his own driveway but fled on foot into a wooded area. A Facebook post said a warrant has been issued for Fitch’s arrest but there was no threat to the community.
