LOUISVILLE (08/11/25) — Gas prices in western Kentucky jumped eight cents from last week, according to AAA. The average price for the region was reported at $2.87 cents per gallon. The figure runs just below the statewide average of $2,89 per gallon and the national average of $3.10 per gallon. The AAA gas price website reported the average price for basic unleaded in Breckinridge County as of Monday at two-dollars, eighty-three cents per gallon.
