MONTEREY (08/09/25) — state Police say a Louisville man is dead and a northern Kentucky man has been charged with his fatal shooting. Troopers were called to a cemetery in Owen County early Saturday morning where 26-year-old Jamar Douglas had been found with gunshot wounds. He died later at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington. 54-year-old Gary Bullion (bull-yon) or Ghent (jent) was arrested and lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center as an investigation continues.
