Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 1

8/7/2025—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.

Chassidy A. Tivitt, 43, pleaded not guilty to 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense and possession of marijuana.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for September 17.

James T. Rhodes, 30, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property valued between $1,000 and $10,000 and theft by unlawful taking of an auto valued between $1,000 and $10,000.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for September 17.

Patrick N. Pile, 33, pleaded guilty to 1^st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, 1^st offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for September 3.

Trenton Z. Neal, 29, was sentenced to two years in prison for theft by unlawful taking/disposition of property valued between $1,000 and $10,000.
