Michael J.W. Morgan, 26, pleaded not guilty to driving DUI/suspended license, 3rd offense. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 1.
Christopher T. Barley, 53, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree fleeing/evading police; failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense; and possession of marijuana. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 1.
Justin T. Hendrick, 35, pleaded not guilty to flagrant non-support. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 15.

In another case, he pleaded guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense. In another case, he pleaded guilty to 2nd degree fleeing/evading police and resisting arrest. Sentencing was scheduled for September 3.
Jerry L. Lucas, 30, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/disposition of property valued between $1,000 and $10,000 and 3rd degree criminal mischief. In another case, he pleaded guilty to 2nd degree fleeing/evading police; failure to register transfer of motor vehicle; and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. Sentencing was scheduled for September 3.
