Authorities are investigating an incident after a vehicle struck a house just after 7 PM Sunday (8/3) evening. According to the Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Office, a four door Chevy pickup traveling South on 261 attempted to turn onto Fetch Hill Lane at a high rate of speed and lost control causing the pickup to strike a tree and a house. The teenage driver fled the scene of the accident. The home was occupied at the time of the accident. No injuries were reported. The Webster Fire Department assisted the Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Office at the scene. The investigation remains ongoing.
