KNOTTSVILLE (07/27/25) — One person was killed in an ATV accident in Daviess County on Sunday: Deputies were called to the intersection of Kentucky Highways 951 and 1513 near Knottsville around just after 1 am Sunday. It’s suspected that the driver tried to make a sharp turn at the intersection and left the road before hitting a tree, ejecting the driver from the vehicle, both were found about 10 feet off the roadway. Crews attempted life saving measures, but they say the man was already dead. The accident is under investigation.
