James Edward Popham, Sr.. age 85, died Sunday (07/20). He is survived by his wife, Anna; ten children: Donna Ghaderi, Mark, Richard, Chris, Kelly, Jimmy and Danny Popham, Sarah Hartlage, Julie Nevitt, and Jessica Craven; three sisters: Anna Mary Barr, Dorothy Jarboe, and Catherine Hunt; three brothers: Wilfrid, Bobby and Larry Popham; 33 grandchildren and29 great- grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Rhodelia at Noon Eastern on Friday (07/25) with burial to follow in the St. Theresa Cemetery. Friends may call at the Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home in Brandenburg after 4 Eastern Thursday (07/24) at the church after 9 Eastern Friday morning. A prayer service will be held at 6 Eastern Thursday evening at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the St. Theresa Family Life Center or Mass of the Air.
