TELL CITY (07/20/25) — A juvenile was taken into custody following a police pursuit Sunday afternoon in Perry County, Indiana. A Sheriff’s Deputy was patrolling the area of Indiana Highways 37 and 145 north of Tell City when he observed a Dodge Charger going 81 in a 55 mile an hour zone. The suspect fled from an attempted stop, continuing down Highway 37 before the chase ended near the intersection of Indiana 237 and Scotch Pine Road near Cannelton with the driver taken into custody. Charges include Resisting Law Enforcement (motor vehicle), Reckless Driving and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Ever Obtaining a License.
