BRANDENBURG (07/15/26) — A former State Representative from Meade County has died. Jeff “Frog” Greer served as 27th District Representative from Meade and Hardin County from 2006 to 2019. Among his legislative accomplishments were extending Highway 313 through Meade County and raising state minimum school dropout age to 18. He also served as a member of the Meade County School Board prior to election to the State House. Greer died Tuesday; he was 61 years old.
