Breckinridge County Grand Jury

7/15/2025—The Breckinridge County Grand jury met Monday and returned nine indictments.

Richard L. Feather, 36, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 2^nd degree strangulation/domestic violence; 4^th degree assault/domestic violence; and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Bradley S. Allen, 23, Hardinsburg, was indicted for receiving stolen property/firearm; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 1^st offense; and license to be in possession.

Savannah P. Rigsby, 25, Louisville, was indicted for 1^st degree wanton endangerment; driving DUI with a suspended/revoked license, 2^nd offense; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, 2^nd offense; possession of a synthetic drug, 1^st offense; 2^nd degree promoting contraband; possession of marijuana; and illegal possession of a legend drug.

Crystal A. Cundiff, 42, Irvington, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; 3^rd degree assault/police officer; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 2^nd offense; obstruction of governmental operations; resisting arrest; 3^rd degree criminal mischief; and license to be in possession.

Tracy L. Perks, 49, Irvington, was indicted for 3^rd degree burglary and 1^st degree criminal mischief.

James T. Rhodes, 30, Louisville, was indicted for receiving stolen property valued between $1,000 and $10,000 and theft by unlawful taking of an auto valued between $1,000 and $10,000.

Autumn J. Cannon, 23, Caneyville, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking of an auto valued between $10,000 and $1,000,000.

Theresa Haven, 49, Louisville, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle; failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1^st offense; license to be in possession; and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked operator’s license.

William Burney, 50, Athens, Texas, was indicted for 4^th degree assault/domestic violence; 2^nd degree strangulation/domestic violence; and 3^rd degree terroristic threatening
