
7/15/2025—The Breckinridge County Grand jury met Monday and returned nine indictments.
Richard L. Feather, 36, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 2nd degree strangulation/domestic violence; 4th degree assault/domestic violence; and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Bradley S. Allen, 23, Hardinsburg, was indicted for receiving stolen property/firearm; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense; and license to be in possession.
Savannah P. Rigsby, 25, Louisville, was indicted for 1st degree wanton endangerment; driving DUI with a suspended/revoked license, 2nd offense; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, 2nd offense; possession of a synthetic drug, 1st offense; 2nd degree promoting contraband; possession of marijuana; and illegal possession of a legend drug.
Crystal A. Cundiff, 42, Irvington, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 3rd degree assault/police officer; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 2nd offense; obstruction of governmental operations; resisting arrest; 3rd degree criminal mischief; and license to be in possession.
Tracy L. Perks, 49, Irvington, was indicted for 3rd degree burglary and 1st degree criminal mischief.
James T. Rhodes, 30, Louisville, was indicted for receiving stolen property valued between $1,000 and $10,000 and theft by unlawful taking of an auto valued between $1,000 and $10,000.
Autumn J. Cannon, 23, Caneyville, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking of an auto valued between $10,000 and $1,000,000.
Theresa Haven, 49, Louisville, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle; failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense; license to be in possession; and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked operator’s license.
William Burney, 50, Athens, Texas, was indicted for 4th degree assault/domestic violence; 2nd degree strangulation/domestic violence; and 3rd degree terroristic threatening
