Breckinridge County Grand Jury

6/2/2025—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Monday and returned eleven indictments.

Trenton Z. Neal, 29, Hardinsburg, and Christopher R. Nix, 25, Harned, were each indicted for receiving stolen property valued between $1,000 and $10,000 and theft by unlawful taking/disposition of property valued between $1,000 and $10,000.

Zachary O. Naputi, 24, Garfield, was indicted for 2^nd degree assault; 1^st degree strangulation/domestic violence; 1^st degree unlawful imprisonment; and menacing.

Jordan A. Chevalier, 23, Harned, was indicted for 2^nd degree strangulation/domestic violence and 1^st degree criminal mischief.

Nancy D. Curry, 53, Hudson, was indicted for 3^rd degree assault/EMS, Fire, Rescue Squad.

Chassidy A. Tivitt, 43, McQuady, was indicted for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense.

Lester L. Perks, 44, Irvington, was indicted for 2^nd degree burglary and 2^nd degree criminal mischief.

Zackeri D. Duke, 20, McDaniels, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking/disposition of a firearm; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; 3^rd degree fleeing/evading police; and resisting arrest.

Justin T. Hendrick, 35, Cloverport; Savannah Wilson, 32, Crothersville, IN; and Kevin Henning, 41, Hardinsburg; were each indicted for flagrant non-support.
