BOWLING GREEN (05/27/25) — Nearly 10 years after the disappearance and suspected murder of Bardstown resident Crystal Rogers, the first of the trials in connection to the case begins today in Bowling Green. Steven Lawson faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder and tampering with evidence. His son Joseph and Rogers’ former boyfriend Brooks Houck are also charged in the case; they are scheduled for trial late next month.
