Nelson Board, age 96, of Irvington, died Tuesday (5/20) at his residence. He is survived by his children: Jerry Eugene Board, Ron Board, and Gary Board; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM ET at the Alexander Funeral Home with burial in the Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 until 8 PM ET Thursday (5/22) and after 9 AM ET Friday (5/23) at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
