5/20/2025—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Monday, May 19, and returned 13 indictments.

 

Kayla M. Riley, 37, Hardinsburg, was indicted on two counts of false statement/misrepresent to receive benefits less than $1,000.

 

Shiela J. Drane, 45, Harned, was indicted for 3rd degree assault/police officer; resisting arrest; 1st degree disorderly conduct; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, 1st offense; license to be in possession; and no operator’s/moped license.

 

Jessica M. Martin, 43, Irvington, was indicted for false statement/misrepresent to receive benefits less than $1,000.

 

Bradley M. Headden, 33, Irvington, was indicted for 1st degree wanton endangerment/discharge of firearm.

 

Kailin D. Crawford, 32, Elizabethtown, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a forged instrument and theft by unlawful taking/disposition of property.

 

Austin J. Wright, 25, Guston, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense and possession of marijuana.

 

Tracy L. Perks, 49, Brandenburg, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st degree possession of an unspecified drug; and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

 

Christopher R. Nix, 25, Garfield, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense.

 

Clara L. Jones, 41, Irvington, was indicted for possession of marijuana/enhanced.

 

Charles H. Hayes, 40, Irvington, was indicted for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of marijuana/enhanced.

 

Brian A. Overstreet, 48, Louisville; Johnny V. Brooks, 58, Louisville; and Linda P. Fentress, 46, Elizabethtown, were each indicted on one count of flagrant non-support.
