
5/7/2025—The Cloverport City Council approved a recommendation presented by Tim Mattingly, Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Committee at a Special Called Meeting Wednesday evening. The recommendation provides an exemption for three homes on Main Street from an ordinance that states that 50% of the property must be used for retail sales. The three properties are 209, 220, and 221 West Main Street. The Council vote was 6-0.
