Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 2

5/7/2025—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.

Estil L. Decker, 61, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property valued over $10,000.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 6.

Sheila M. Tanner, 61, was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted for three years for 1^st degree possession of cocaine, 1^st offense, and 10 days, probated for two years and a $350.00 fine for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1^st offense.

Joseph R. Dunn, 23, pleaded guilty to three counts of 1^st degree wanton endangerment; 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; and 1^st degree promoting contraband.  Sentencing was scheduled for June 18.

Mason Metcalfe, 21, was sentenced to three years in prison, diverted for five years, for receiving stolen property/firearm.

Ricky B. Harper, 42, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, diverted for three years, for 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; 90 days, conditionally discharged for two years, for driving DUI on a suspended license, 1^st offense; and fined $500 for failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1^st offense.

Michael T. Cornett, 47, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, diverted for three years, for 1^st degree possession of an unspecified drug, 1^st offense; and ten days for possession of marijuana and having a controlled substance prescription not in original container.

Probation was revoked for Riley T. Lawson, 25 and James R. Kelly, 36.
