Annetta Lynn Stith Martin, 78, of Radcliff, died Tuesday, May 6, 2025. She is survived by two children, Tonya Wilbur of Radcliff, Kenny Mattingly of Vine Grove; four grandchildren; a great granddaughter. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Chism Family Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be held 7:00 PM, Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home. A committal service will be held at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, in Radcliff. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hosparus.
