UNDATED (05/01/25) — Community leaders gathered during at three locations in Breckinridge County during the midday hours on Thursday to participate in the National Day of Prayer.
Local church and government leaders reflected on the importance of the religious faith to guide the various aspects of communities across the nation.
In Breckinridge County, ceremonies were held in Irvington (City Hall), Cloverport (City Hall), and Hardinsburg (Old Courthouse- moved indoors due to threat of rain).
Several local pastors read passages and offered prayers over each section of government seeking guidance and unity in the community.
