BURLINGTON (04/28/25) — Authorities in northern Kentucky have arrested a Louisville man after he was found in the bedroom of a 13-year-old girl. The Boone County Sheriff’s Department said the teen’s father found 20-year-old Parker Kremer naked on the floor of the girl’s bedroom. Kremer fled the residence but was located by police a short time later. He’s charged with with burglary, rape and sodomy and lodged in the Boone County Jail on a 250-thousand dollar cash bond.
