ELIZABETHTOWN (04/10.25) — A Hardin County man was arrested Thursday (04/10) on charges related to child sexual exploitation. The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 31 year-old Joseph Blake Bowling, of Elizabethtown after an undercover investigation that discovered Bowling sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to a forensic laboratory for examination as the investigation is ongoing. Bowling is charged with ten counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under 12 years old. He was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center under a $250,000 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
