HARDINSBURG (04/09/25) — The Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager. 18-year-old Emma Kiper was last seen Saturday evening leaving her home along Highway 259 in the Sample area. A picture posted to the department’s Facebook page shows her as a white female, with brown hair and wearing glasses (you can see a picture at w-x-b-c-one-oh- four-three-dot-com). Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 270-756-2361 or the Tips Line at 270-580-8477.
