Tammy Leonard, age 54 of Falls of Rough, died December 7, 2024 at The Hertford House in Owensboro. She is survived by her mother, Norma Hazelwood of Hardinsburg; 2 daughters, Emily Leonard and Amy Boyle of Falls of Rough; 2 grandchildren; 2 brothers, John Michael Hazelwood, Jr. of Owensboro, and Kevin Troy Hazelwood of Hawesville; 2 sisters, Carissa Dawn Quick of Deanfield, and Miranda Grace Hart of Frankfort. Funeral services will be held at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 1 PM with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday, 11AM – 1 PM under the direction of Trent-Dowell Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy are requested to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
