Harley Brandon Jupin, age 38, of Brandenburg, died suddenly Monday (4/22) at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, Indiana. He is survived by his daughter: Emma Jupin; his parents: Darryl and Melissa Phelps; his sister: Serena Barr; his grandmother: Bobbie Jupin. The family has chosen cremation. There will be a celebration of Harley’s life with family and friends at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for Harley’s daughter, Emma, at WesBanco in Brandenburg.
