MUNFORDVILLE – A senior living facility in Hart County is under investigation. Hart County Manor was served with a search warrant on April 8 by members of the Hart County Sheriff’s Office and Munfordville Police Department, for concerns about the residents’ health and well-being.
A joint criminal investigation has been opened and is being conducted by local authorities and the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office. The facility is owned by Paintsville-based Pelfrey Group LLC, according to the Kentucky Secretary of State and offers assisted living and memory care services. No other details of the investigation have been released.
