Adrian Leo Basham, age 77, of Irvington, KY, died on Sunday, April 7, 2024. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Dowell Basham of Irvington; children, Mellanie Sutton of Maysville, KY and Chris Basham of Irvington; siblings, Brenda Nottingham, Howard Basham, and Randall “Buzz”) Basham; 4 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Alexander Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 3-8:00 P.M. EDT and will continue on Thursday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. EDT. Burial will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to Hosparus of Central Kentucky
