BOWLING GREEN (04/04/24) – A Caneyville man was arrested by Bowling Green after allegedly fleeing from bringing down a utility pole on Wednesday. Police were called to State Street and 12th Avenue to find the Bowling Green Municipal Utilities pole. A battery, broken plastic parts and a trail of fluid led officers to a nearby location, where they found 37-year-old Logan Lehnert in the driver’s seat, smelling of alcohol and appearing to be intoxicated. Lenhert was checked out at Medical Center then lodged in the Warren County Detention Center on charges of driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and criminal mischief.
