Floyd Thomas Ely, age 75, died October 22, 2023, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. He is survived by his daughter. Crystal Moody and 6 grandchildren; and six siblings: Rose Calvert, James Ely, John Ely, Gladys Meredith, Tina Terry, and Sandra Meredith.
Following his wishes, the family has chosen cremation. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held to honor his memory at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at the chapel Hager Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Thursday.
