BOWLING GREEN (03/08/23) – A federal grand jury has indicted a Hardin County man on a charge of illegal possession of destructive devices. 61-year-old Frank Taylor of Cecilia was charged with possessing four destructive devices not registered to him in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. Taylor will make an initial court appearance at a later date. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
