HARDINSBURG (12/17/21) – Breckinridge County School Superintendent Dr. Nick Carter announced Friday that masking in school facilities for students, staff and visitors will remain in effect when classes resume after the Christmas break until at least January 28th. Carter said the county remains in the “red zone” of COVID incidence rates and masking policy is needed to maintain in-person learning in schools. There were 122 active cases in Breckinridge County as of Sunday night.

Cloverport’s School Board opted recently to maintain it’s masking policy through their next board meeting.
