(01/04/17)- In high school basketball from last (01/03) night heard on WXBC, the Breckinridge County Fighting Tigers lost to Hancock County, 41-40 at Tiger Arema. Their next game is at Cloverport tomorrow (0/05) as part of a girl-boy doubleheader. The Aces defeated Cannelton, 71-57, while the Lady Aces topped Cannellton, 55-36.
In other boys basketball from the area, Meade County lost to Bullitt Central, 65-63…Grayson County over Whitesville Trinity, 51-48 and Ohio County lost to Russellville, 85-61. In girls basketball, Grayson County over Trinity, 70-24 and Ohio County lost to Owensboro, 59-27.
