(10/24/16)- The Breckinridge County Lady Tiger Volleyball team advanced in the 3rd region tournament at Butler County on Monday, defeating Whitesville Trinity in three sets (25-23, 25-21, 25-23). The Lady Tigers will play Owensboro Apollo Wednesday (10/25) night at 6. Tonight, Meade County plays Edmonson County and Ohio County faces Daviess County.
In girls middle school basketball from Monday, Breckinridge County won both games from Owensboro Middle: the Lady Tigers 7th grade won, 39-11 and the 8th graders defeating the Lady Red Devils, 56-18.
