RSS is generally said to stand for Really Simple Syndication. There are other meanings, but this is the most common one. Essentially, it is a way to know about new content on a website without having to go there all the time. Not that we don't like you visiting our site, but we just want to make it easy for you to get the information you want. To use the feed, you are going to need an RSS reader. Many web browsers have one built in, or you can get stand alone readers. One you might look at is FeedReader. Once you get the reader, click on the link below that you want to subscribe to, and copy the address of the page that comes up into the reader. If you need more help, you can email Phillip Cole
