11/19/2014—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.
 
Tremaine L. Willis, 23; and Jessica Masterson, 24, each pleaded not guilty to one count of flagrant non-support.  Willis will have a pre-trial conference December 17.  Masterson will be back on court for her pre-trial conference on January 7.
