Jo Ann Keenan


Jo Ann Keenan is the President of Breckinridge Broadcasting Co., Inc. and General Manager of WXBC. She has been in broadcasting for more than 44 years and worked with UK broadcast legend, Cawood Ledford. Jo Ann has 1 son, Barry Bruington, co-host of the Coach B and Dennis D morning show on WXBC. She has 3 grandchildren, Brittany, Vincent and Daniel Bruington.

Dennis Day


Dennis Day hosts the morning show on WXBC from 5 a.m.-9 a.m. He is the "Dennis D" half of the "Coach B and Dennis D Morning Show at 6:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. Dennis has over 40 years of On-Air Broadcasting Experience and has been with WXBC since the station began operating in 1992.

Terry Henning Hopfer


Terry Henning (Hopfer) a Native of St. Louis Mo. moved to Hardinsburg,Ky in 1997. She always wanted lots of children and has plenty. 4 boys and 2 girls and her husband, Paul, has 3 boys and a girl. You do the math! They have eight grandchildren. Terry grew up performing with her two sisters and had the honor of being on stage with the greats like Marty Robbins, Loretta Lynn and many others. She has been a part of the WXBC family for the past 15 years, starting out as D.J. She is co-host of Bargain Barn and the Advertising Sales Manager. 

Paul Priest


Paul Priest is a native Breckinridge Countian. He was born and raised in the small community of Bewleyville and now resides in the Custer area. He is a 1994 graduate of Breckinridge County High School, and attended Campbellsville University. Paul got his start in radio at the age of 16, and joined the WXBC staff in May 2008. Paul enjoys spending time with his wife Angie and their two children Ethan and Anna. He is also interested in music, Kentucky literature, farming, archery, good food and Freemasonry. Paul is a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, and attends Holy Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Irvington, KY. He hosts Bargain Barn, and All About Breckinridge County.

Amanda Zimmer


Amanda Ford Zimmer, was born and raised in Breckinridge County. She lives in the Custer area with her husband Ryan, two sons Tyler and Travis. She loves to hunt, fish and enjoys participating in run/walks with her husband. She came to work at WXBC in September of 2011. She is the Office Manager and Bargain Barn "fill-in".

Barry Bruington


Barry Bruington is co-host of the Coach B and Dennis D morning show on WXBC. He is the sports broadcaster of Breck. County Tiger football and baseball. Barry has been with the Breckinridge County School system since 1986 and is currently, Counselor, Athletic Director, and Coach at Breck County Middle School. He and his wife, Linda, have three children, Brittany, Vincent and Daniel Bruington.

Gene Webster


Gene Webster starts your Saturday mornings with information you need to start your weekend on WXBC. He is no stranger to radio. During his radio journey, Gene has worked most corners of the business from severe weather events to the technical behind-the-scene tasks.

Ints Kampars


Ints Kampars is the 'voice' of Lady Tiger Basketball and news reporter at WXBC. He is retired Principal of Hardinsburg Elementary School. Ints and his wife, Melissa, have one son, Nicholas Kampars.

Huston DeHaven


Huston DeHaven is the long-time sports announcer for B.C.H.S. Tiger Basketball. He retired as Superintendent of Breckinridge County Schools. He has two children, Rob DeHaven and Lisa Galloway. HIs wife, Tabby, is a teacher at BCMS.

Ken Thornhill


 Ken Thornhill is the WXBC Farm News Director. Ken has served as the County Executive Director for Breckinridge County Farm Service Agency since July 1988. He was born and raised on a farm in Breckinridge County. He has a degree from University of Kentucky in Ag. Econ. Ken and his wife Leah reside in Harned with daughters, Shelbi and Jenna and son Sawyer. Ken's hobbies include attending Shelbi and Jenna's ballgames.
