Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 2

3/20/2024—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.

Kelly L. Kennedy, 45, pleaded not guilty to 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2^nd offense.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for May 22.

Paul Harrison, 27, pleaded not guilty to 1^st degree wanton endangerment and 4^th degree assault/domestic violence.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for May 22.

Prosecution was deferred for one year for David Fowler, 58.  He is charged with 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense and resisting arrest.

Matthew Glin, 36, pleaded guilty to 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for May 8.

Michael J. Harrod, 68, was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted for three years, for 1^st degree possession of opiates, 1^st offense.  he was also sentenced to serve ten days in prison for possession of marijuana and having a controlled substance not in its original container, probated for two years.

Detrail S. Harper, 35, was sentenced to 30 days in prison for 3^rd degree terroristic threatening.  He was credited with time served.

A motion for shock probation by Marcus Durbin, 19, was taken under submission.

Probation was revoked for Paul D. Ross, 39.
