Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 1

4/24/2024—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.

 

Taylor W. Goodman, 23, pleaded guilty to 3rd degree burglary and being a 2nd degree persistent felony offender.  In another case, he pleaded guilty to 1st degree fleeing/evading police; two counts of 1st degree criminal mischief; leaving the scene of an accident; and being a 2nd degree persistent felony offender. Sentencing was scheduled for May 22.

 

Joshua l. Duncan, 28, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

 

Phillip L. Taylor, 32, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense, and 12 months for trafficking in marijuana.  The sentences will run concurrently and probated for three years.

 

Misty A. Miller, 44, was sentenced to one year in prison, probated for three years, for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

 

John A. Monroe Jr., 37, was sentenced to two years in prison, probated for five years, for flagrant non-support.

 

Jordan R. Chevalier, 22, was sentenced to five years in prison, probated for five years, for facility to commit burglary and facility to commit robbery.

 

Robert J. Reesor, 40, was sentenced to one year in prison, probated for three years, for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

 

Robert N. Brown, 33, was sentenced to ten years in prison, probated for five years, for theft by unlawful taking of a controlled substance valued under $10,000.

 

Adam B. Bauer, 36, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, probated for three years, for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

 

Kacie Morris, 30, and Jennifer Boyd, 32, were each entered in the diversion program for three years for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.
