FRANKFORT — The Kentucky Senate has voted to ban devices resembling slot machines that have popped up across the state. The measure won Senate passage after being tabled in the House but later brought back and approved. Opponents of the bill sought regulation that would have taxed the machines. The bill heads to Governor Andy Beshear for his signature.
